The gems are microscopic and hardly noticeable. Otherwise the hinge quality itself seems decent and seems like it will last.

The colour is really pretty and I love that the top piece is also a heart however, the claws that hold the bottom gem in place keep snagging on my clothes so I wish they were positioned a little better

This septum was so bad.. like ya the quality and stuff is good but how spaced apart the ends were looked ridiculous. The ends do not curve inward like in the photo.
